Attaching Brackets to the MCU

The brackets serve to secure the device to the rack’s front posts.

Procedure

Step 1 Position the device on a flat, horizontal surface. Make sure the device front panel faces toward

you.

Step 2 Unscrew the four black Phillips screws on either side of the device. See Figure 4-7 on page 22.

Step 3 Attach the brackets on each side of the device side panel with the Phillips screws. See Figure 4-8

on page 22. Use the Phillips screws of the accessories kit, as they have the same color as the metal

of the bracket.
